Salesmen were very professional and nice up until talking about price in which I was transferred over to another person. I stated multiple times I was just looking for the price on a 2018 rav 4 but instead of receiving that I was quoted for financing and they ran my credit without telling me. I would not do business with them as they also overquoted me on price just to see if I'd take then the next day dropped it by $5000. Incredibly unprofessional

My husband spent the day at this dealership Saturday & came home with a car. He gave them our money down & they told him to come sign the paperwork on Monday. Well, it's Monday & they didn't actually have a lender secured. They wasted another 3 hrs telling him they were working on getting it done. We wastesd our time, don't waste yours.
