Chad went way above and beyond what you'd expect from a good sales rep. He was laid back, cool, and very knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't just sell me a cargo trailer, he made a friend! That's not easy to do these days.

If you want to make a verbal deal then find out that they sold the trailer out from under you, Chad is your man! I made a deal over the phone with Chad around noon on a Saturday. He preferred cash. Getting that amount of cash on a Saturday would not be easy but I told him that I would get back with him ASAP to fund the deal. The next day, I unexpectedly had to leave town for the week. Upon getting the news, I sent a Facebook message to the business page in reply to the ad. I clearly stated my situation and asked how I can secure the trailer until I was able to get back home. It was immediately read. I did not get a courtesy reply from anyone. After not getting a reply after a couple of days, I reached back out to Chad by phone only for him to tell me that he sold the trailer to another customer the day before.

We bought a 2018 Calico 3 horse gooseneck trailer from Daryl & Chad today. The website was easy to navigate through and when we arrived we were immediately greeted by Chad, he was helpful, knowledgeable and showed us several other trailers explaining all of the different features etc. We got a great deal on our new trailer, he even fixed the lights on our pick up as well , what a bonus.
