Extremely pathetic customer service. No Management oversight. They have hired high school kids who have no customer service skills. We first placed the order via Uber Eats and they canceled the order saying that had no wings. We arrived at their store within 15 minutes and about 45 minutes were left before closing. The same kids were cleaning up and stated that had no dough to make Pizza. Absolute disaster place to visit. Never know what to expect. I would not recommend them especially if you are planning on dining with the family.

Heed the reviews, I know I wish I had. Pizza sauce was near liquid and the cheese slipped right off, really unpleasant taste. Very doughy. 11$ for a small almost inedible pizza. Bummer. Sorry 101, think you guys need to go back to basics.

Extremely disappointed with quality of good and customer service. I used to come at Pizza 101 a lot. I think the management has been Changed. We ordered chicken tikka pizza and buffalo pizza. These two pizza were same except they just sprinkled buffalo sauce on top. We seen raw tomatoes on the base of the veg pizza. Garlic bread and cheese bread had no salt. And lastly we found hair in our pizza. When we complained, the guy had no apologies instead he asked with no interest that would you like refund or one more free pizza. I am not coming back here again.

Absolutely love this place! I like what they did with setting up the table in front of the door for the least amount of interaction due to covid. Always get the supreme 101. It's the best always. I have tried the rest of the pizzas, they are pretty good, but nothing beats the fully loaded supreme 101. They has masks on. I was happy. Will be back.
