Updated: Sad to see the owner has zero integrity. He’s completely fabricated a story: to use publicly as his defense. Not a good look Jarid J. Downey. 1. No one said the word trac bar, or mentioned rubbing, ever. This portion of your response is completely false. You merely told me it wouldn’t fit. The spare fit perfectly in place when I reinstalled it, moments after leaving your shop with zero issue. 2. It wasn’t an oversight for an up-charge. The rate was communicated and agreed upon beforehand. I made you aware of this ‘oversight’ in person, with proof, face to face. You chose to decline to honor it when presented with facts at checkout. It’s only now that I’ve left a negative review you’re concerned. I thought after your gambling arrest you’d pull your act together. Apparently cheating that ~$20 could make or break your next hand. The original review; 1. They didn’t bother putting my spare tire in the spare location. Just tossed it in the back seat unsecured. 2. Didn’t honor the “guaranteed installation rate” they agreed to previously. Drove to Indianola because this place had a “guaranteed” rate. Turns out they up-charge after services are provided. It also appears they’re not familiar with reinstalling spare tires, as they could remove mine from the spare location- but somehow not reinstall? Overall not impressed.
