Super HEB, well organized and has a good selection of gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options. No specific GF aisle though. Prices are good overall. Convenient and has pick up options.

Rude managers. I have shopped at this store frequently. I am new to the state and have bought alcohol several times . My ID is still out of state and never had an issue until yesterday. Cashier advised their manager had to approve out of state IDS . I said it was okay. He brought back his supervisor Adam who advised he is refusing to sell me alcohol. I questioned why and he simply said “because I can” . I advised I understand you can but you’re not explaining to me why. He said I don’t feel comfortable selling you this and I said okay but why? You’re not providing me an explanation and I’ve never had an issue before. He stated it’s because my license is out of state . I told him well that’s not really a reason to decline me service. You have never seen an out of state id before? Do they not train you how to verify a ID . Texas IDs can also be fake. He could not clarify anything I was asking him. He walked away abruptly when I told him essentially he is incompetent and cannot read a ID. The store simply could of scanned my ID and I would of went on my way. I told him he was rude and he just kept saying okay okay okay. No resolution no apology for him walking away while I was speaking with nothing. I had to go to another store out of my way to make a purchase and had no issue with them. Other stated that’s not a thing. Adam needs more training and behavioral assessment with how he treats your customers simply not okay.

The HEB living life grand stores are a welcome relief to the hustle and bustle of every day life. Here everything is better and you will find the items one needs to pamper yourself and others. Great job HEB.

The florist at this HEB is fantastic. She makes beautiful arrangements and loves her work because it shows.
