They treated me not as a human being, but just another case. Cold, impersonable. It was clear they didn’t care to really learn about my health issues, just wanted to prescribe me a bunch of meds. Not coming here again. Im changing my primary care.

Big hospital/clinic surgery in one building. At University. Have a main hospital at well very hard working people as well as very kind and considerate ppl. Thank u helpers doctors and nurses

Questions & Answers

You ask that patients arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment but we end up waiting in the lobby for an hour. Then we are finally called into a room we wait another 20. I take time off work to bring my parents to their apts. Beyond ridiculous

With valet services closed how is it possible to safely drop off a severely immunocompromised patient in a wheelchair with poor hearing safely. Needs a scan at 10 am.
