I have been going to Dr. Patel for a couple of years now. She does an excellent job at making me feel comfortable at her office as well making me feel well cared for. She has consistently been on time and prepared for our appointments. She provides plenty of time to ask any questions and provides excellent answers to any questions that arise. I find her to be a great communicator, encouraging, and overall a wonderful doctor. Dr. Patel is very conscientious about her work and her conscientiousness reflects in the excellent care that she provides. The nurses and technicians at MINCEP have always been very knowledgeable and kind. The administrative staff have made billing and scheduling very easy. Along the same lines as the clinical staff, I find the administrative staff to be knowledgeable and kind. I experienced no unreasonable waits. Overall, I feel very fortunate and grateful to have MINCEP in my life. I am closely acquainted with many doctors and Dr. Patel is truly one of the finest doctors I have ever met. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and MINCEP to anyone in search of an excellent epileptologist.

Do not trust these people they take whatever you have to say when you come in and manufacture it into whatever they want it to be to treat you for whatever they want to. If you have a physical injury I would go somewhere else cuz they won't believe you about it.
