Friendly staff willing to help always has something on sale. Wide variety of items fair pricing, you get what you pay for on some items and on others you get a deal so good it should be illegal. Well organized for the size and wide range of items check out lines and cashiers are trained well and never a long wait.

I'm big into crafting and LOVE the variety at HL! Unfortunately though, the overall feel of the environment at this HL is not personable at all! I have been to several different HL's in MO, and all of the others have a much better vibe! I feel like several of them have something against me (I have gone here for years) for some reason. The coldness of their stares everytime I'm there; it's so bad that if the store didn't have such a huge variety of craft supplies that I sometimes need, I would totally avoid this HL!

The store is open. I had a face mask on but many others. Did not. Still 6 ft apart in line but it was a nice outing.
