4 months of waiting for service. Website lies about service availability and so do their staff. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THERE IS NO SERVICE TO BE HAD

Paid to have service installed on 8/31. Install was supposed to happen on 9/9. It did not. The service man left without telling me it was not installed. Had to call to have the installation rescheduled. That was supposed to happen on 9/13. The service man that supposedly came out on 9/13 never knocked on my door. Service was still not installed. I contacted the company again. An operator told me another company would have to fix something in order for the service to be installed, but they had no way of knowing when that would happen and could not give me an estimate on when my service would be up. I canceled that day and got same-day service turn on with another ISP in town. I am still awaiting my refund, since canceling my services. If you live in an apartment complex, do not waste your time trying to get internet service with this company. They seem to not have the capacity to service all the areas they claim to service. I feel like the only places they will do service is if you live in a house in a nice neighborhood. This is the second time I tried to get service, because I had heard such good things about them. I won’t be doing that again. Not worth the trouble.

I'll give their naked DSL 3 stars (slow and occasionally goes down) but fiber gets 5 stars. Very reliable. Has not been down since it switched to fiber 6 months ago. Yes, they have to tear up your yard to bury the new fiber in some cases. But that that is how it goes for new tech.

I strongly strongly advise that you look elsewhere for internet services. Me and my wife signed up less than a week ago and have had literally dozens of outages since then. When we call to ask for help, they say it’s going to cost money to fix their own installation issues. Outrageous.
