The pharmacy staff are very rude and unprofessional. They don't know how to treat people with respect and care. Today I had a worse experience with one of the pharmacist she is very rude person. Customers service is the key for everything.

If I could put a zero I would. I had a prescription I was told to pick it up at 4 I had to wait 30 mins. I’m a very patient person but I had a soccer game to get to. The employees are walking in slow mode.

I feel absolutely terrible for the pharmacy staff. It is absolute chaos at this location and patients are suffering and going without their live saving medications. Whoever owns or manages the store really needs to get with it and pay people a living wage so that they can get some decent staff. The staff that are there are overworked and underpaid. $14 or $15 an hour for a pharmacy tech is absolutely outrageous and a smack in the face to those hard working and educated people. SHAME ON WALGREENS!!!! I need to figure out how to get my prescriptions transferred to a Walgreens that has it together.

In order for pick up on April 11 at 4 PM no one responded to my order of the vent to say it has been delayed so I called the store the next morning and got someone to process my order through went to the store for curbside pick up which took 45 minutes for them to bring it out it’s stated that if you wait longer than five minutes called the store I called the store at least three or four times went to the drive-through they sent me back to the curbside pick up and still I was waiting I am I am handicapped . The customer service at this location needs to be addressed immediately. This store is a disservice to Walgreens
