Apgfcu has been a joke for harford county for a long time, long waiting times for any conflict you could have with this bank. Aberdeen apg has got to be the worst out of any other location, staff are non attentive and anything takes forever to load, if you’re planning on setting up a bank account here I highly recommend any other bank besides apg. Their app rarely works, and is always down for maintenance. And don’t bother trying to get a loan here, they’re quick to deny you regardless of your credit score or history. Whole facility is a joke, good luck if you bank here.

If I could give zero stars I would. My son being young and wanting to get a car loan on his own got a loan here at this branch. All I can say is if you look like me this is not the branch for you.

Update: Someone from the branch did call to follow up with me. I called them back twice and left a message both times. I never received a call back. Customer service is impossible to reach and forget getting anything accomplished in a timely manner! When they finally call you back, you get disconnected and I guess they just move on to the next person. It took more than an 8 hour day just for a password reset. I didn't choose this credit union for my car loan and I can say with certainty that I will never choose to do business with them again.

I would think u would need to go to the bank and ask for a lein release if the seller did not go to the MVA and have the title show the lein was released. The bank then the MVA
