Gave them my Id and card for Wells Fargo to deposit my check and they somehow put my money in someone else’s account and then tried say it was my fault as if I gave them the wrong card.. lol sounds fishy to me but whatever don’t let Irene handle your info in the drive through

The worst customer service ever. Called and stated you do not need an appt for certain account help, and we arrive and we can't get what we need done, though several bankers were walking around not helping anyone, including one that had helped us previously. The tall, fat, male manager was dismissive and very unhelpful, while a female manager at least spoke to us, asked if we'd been helped, tried to find someone, and communicated with us... though no one was at her desk the entire time we were there, at least she responded different than the man. Every time I've taken my mother to that location, we are treated like that. It is obvious, if you are not hispanic, they will not help you the same. This location only has hispanic employees and they cater to customers that look like them. I refuse to take her to that location again! Glad I do not bank at Wells Fargo and I bank with more reputable, customer friendly, niche banks!! Avoid this location if you can.

This location is always packed and full of people. I went in for a cashiers check at 12noon and there was already a long line. There are about 8 teller windows available, but only about 5 working tellers available. The teller who helped me that day was very nice, attentive and friendly. I gave this location three stars since the line was long and it was so early in the day. The bank itself is very dimly lit, maybe they can brighten it up? A new coat of paint? A open up the blinds? idk just some thoughts.

I believe so, however it was closed for a minute last year tho, during all the Covidness -- ATM and everything! I pass by there nearly every day usually en route to Wally World and I feel like I saw people coming and going. Sooo yes. That's my final answer. Locking it in. 😬
