Moved in November 2020. Move out October 2022 and I will say after living here I would not recommend this to any person a like. The staff and management are very disrespectful and has not changed in the 2 years that I have lived there. The only time I had an actual nice member of management was when Lisa worked for the office as she was very friendly and wiling to assist with my problems. First summer living there my A/C had went out and I submitted work orders and took over 4 days for them to come fix, while I’m sitting at home in 80 plus degree heat inside the home. Winter would Come around and I would be paying double on my electric because they would never fix the gap in my door leading to the pati. Their solution was to put a adhesive weather strip that fell off two days in. When that maintenance man knew that whole door area should’ve been replaced. Then when a huge storm came thru last December I had water coming thru my window so I asked for the seal to be fixed and the guy told me basically not a big deal and I said well I better not get charged for water damage an he said I wouldn’t. Then let’s talk about the cleaning job that they do, oh wait they don’t. My move in date I walked into a filthy apartment that I ended up cleaning top to bottom before I dare laid my stuff in. All they could do was give me $100 off my next months rent. I should be getting my deposit back because they couldn’t do a simple cleaning job. Then doing walk thru I found mold all on top bathroom shower an noted it an they did nothing. They had a huge hole in my patio wall that I’m still waiting to have fixed. Right before I moved out about couple weeks ago the neighbor below said was a leak and basically nozzle of the shower was almost ripped out of the wall form maintenance. Not to mention the trash around the whole community and all they consider out side “clean up” is only around the office building an the poop stations. My girlfriend stepped on a nail from when they did roofing on my building with no notice provided. I’m glad I moved to Manhattan because I know that even though it’s farther from work I will know things will be done an taken care of before I move in an live in a clean community. Again I will not recommend this property to anyone.

We've been waiting over 2 weeks to get our dryer fixed with a few requests being put in. After getting ahold of the office we were told that only now are we near the top of the list and got told that they would call us in 1-2 hours..that never happened. I find it very hard to believe that there was so much going on that nobody at all could come check on us especially after 2 weeks coming on 3 to still be without a dryer to use.

I moved out in May 2021,I just saw a collection of $300 was added to my credit report from the bluffs. First off I never received a email, phone call, or a bill to my forwarding address. I was never made aware I had a bill, which is outrageous. You guys took my $680 deposit, so how do I owe any money? Also it’s shady behavior, I was never made aware about this in the first place. Shady buisness practices. It wouldn’t be such a big deal if I was made aware of it, which I wasn’t. You can’t tell me I owe money one year later. Which I only found out because it was on my credit report. I had no complaints the year I lived other then losing my money order one time.

All the pot holes and ripped away speed bumps is ridiculous.

Does anyone know the number for their corporate office? One of the managers told me they didn’t have one but I’m looking into filing a lawsuit because if your leasing office wrongfully keeps your deposit past 30 days they owe you doubled the amount.
