They helped me out to pick out a helmet that fits and very comfortable. Called the service dept. On 9-27-2022. Wanted to see if they would work on my bike that my friend had sitting for 6 years. The service person that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. He told me that it would be a long time before they can check it out and don't know if they can even get parts for it. It sounds like they just don't want me to even bother bringing it in. I called another shop up and they told me to drop it off and they will get right on it. Something needs to happen. I have a 1996 kawasaki. He also asked how much I am willing to spend to get it running. After I told him he said it ain't even worth that much to put in it. How would they know without sewing it.
