Held a birthday party at this hotel over the weekend. WOW is all I could say. Everyone was extremely accommodating and kind. I worked directly with Claire who was amazing from day one! Thank you all for making this a memorable celebration.

Hotel undergoing construction As of 6/17/22. Roof and other repairs requiring banging on exterior walls M-F 8am - 8pm. DO NOT stay here during the week. For weekends, it is a pleasant property although bathtub drains and room A/C units may need work. Ask for top floor to avoid A/C drip issues on metal A/C boxes outside your window. Walking "trails" are alongside busy roads - no separate pathways. Housekeepers, and some bartenders, were terrific. Hudson's Cafe across the street highly recommended.

Nice hotel and the rooms were lovely too, but the staff all seemed new and didn’t really know how to do their jobs in some cases. Service was slow and unsure but they were all polite and friendly. Bar opening hours were very restricted too. Hopefully the staff will settle in to their jobs and improve because it would be a higher rating.

Started off good. When I first got here I was impressed with the location and thought it looked nice from the outside. They have a lively tavern which was nice. Got to the room and first impressions was not bad. But then I tried to turn the TV on and found it very unresponsive. Then I tried to adjust the thermostat and got an error code. So then I tried to use the phone to call the front desk and found out that doesn't work. So I called using my cell phone only to have to leave a message which never got responded to. And then the clincher is at 11:30 at night some jerk decided to pull the fire alarm which went on for about 20 minutes. Thankfully I talked to the hotel staff who told me there was no fire just a very inconsiderate person pulling an alarm. I am going up to Boston and stopped here. I'm a cancer patient going to look at a clinical trial. I just wanted a good night's sleep before continuing my journey. I actually had thought about returning on my way home but I will probably just look for something else. Oh and despite the hotel website mentioning a breakfast I found out that there is none here. But there is a cafe that I can walk to.
