I have to say, I’m not going to leave many reviews for businesses but I absolutely love Splash. I get my oil changed here as well and over the years have developed a rapport with Drew and Hector. They advise me well on what upgrades I should do and when it’s really time to do them.They treat myself and my children so warmly. Everyone that works there is always working very hard and I’ve never been disappointed . My toddler loves coming because we always make new friends, and my vehicle always looks great.

They said the vacuumed but when I back in the car was barely touched. Dust and dirt still remained. When u went back they said they don't clean the cup holder and all I got was a apologizing. I paid 26.00 and to clean it better I needed to pay more. I drove off. Never again

i've had a monthly pass now for a few years at spash southbury, and i must say every time i go there, which i look forward to doing, every single staff member is friendly and dedicated to doing a great job... which they do! they all take utmost care to do their job well, and always with a smile and positive comment. get a monthly pass so you, too, can go as often as you like! not only is it a great deal, but you'll have a wonderful experience with this fantastic team. by the way, i also get my oil changed with hector and his team... excellent attitude and care as well! sandy
