The person they put me with for a simple file down and shape was incredibly rude. Rolling their eyes and working like they couldnt get me out of the chair fast enough. I was left with crooked, ragged, and sharp edges and sent on my way. He didnt even have me wash my hands or dust them off. When I asked reception to have them fixed so they wouldnt be so sharp he came back to tell me all of the reasons why I was wrong. When someone else came to try fix them he hung around and was talking over her making the situation even more stressful to the point that it was embarassing and I needed to leave. It's a shame as I was so well taken care of the last time I was in. It wasnt nearly as busy today as it was 3 weeks ago and I was treated better and had excellent nails after. I wont be returning.
