I, personally, go there for almost everything from manicure to waxing. I moved to Austin about 3 years ago and that’s how long I go to EN. I am faithful to Thi. She does my eyebrows like no one else. And believe me when I say I am very selective as far as my eyebrows designer. I have thick eyebrows, and every time a new designer looks at them, they want it make it thin. Thi is the only one who agrees with me. She cleans them so nicely. Perfect! I am truly customer, who is happy and want to share my point of view. I like and do make decisions based on reviews from customers, wether positive or negative. Hope it helped!

NOT child friendly. They accepted 3 appointments one for a child, they did not let my 3.5 yr old sit in her own pedicure chair because they might need it. Even though we had an appt and were paying them...also it was empty the entire visit. I had to have her sit in my chair with me which if you have kids, you can imagine that is not comfortable. They were rude. They did not listen when I said I wanted my nails cut. The place is not decorated, the bathroom is in a storage room, there is no attempt at making the experience enjoyable. They did almost no heel exfoliation. Two days later my legs started to peel which has never happened before. Whole experience was bad. I will not go back and I would recommend you go elsewhere.

Pretty pricey for what it was. 20mani 40pedi. But it included massages and stuff. And my nails looked great after. They ladies were very nice. Quiet place.
