Absolute trash. Constantly sending Rx to wrong pharmacies or not answering rx requests from pharmacies. My dogs rx keeps him alive and at every turn Banfield sabotages any effort to improve my dogs wellbeing Update: STILL SENDING TO WRONG PHARMACIES after explaining this issue to 4 different members of staff. Absolutely unbelievable. Ive Seen More competence in special needs children. Last time I came in they said my dog was deceased according to their records

This location is by far the BEST Banfield Pet Hospital out of ALL the locations in Colorado. 😊

They care about the money you pay for your pet care but not the End of Life time. My dog lost her ability to stand or move around. She had not been able to go to the bathroom. When I called to have them put her to sleep and stop the suffering, they said to bring her in in 6 hrs. the doctor had other operations and teeth cleansing. they didnt care what us or the dog were going through. No pet should suffer and neither should a owner when they care about a family member for 14 1/2 years.

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 17, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 17, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 17, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 17, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
