Dr Angie Shin was professional, kind and very efficient for such a busy location. She took the time with me that I needed for my appointment and answered all my questions. I was very impressed! I also worked with Jocelyn who gave me detailed information on bifocals so I could make the best choice for my needs. She was quite informative and knowledgeable. Also bilingual by the way! Which is an incredible benefit for America's Best, and hopefully that skill is appropriately compensated. Everyone I dealt with was quite pleasant. The one thing I would say is that they are understaffed. It is a heavily trafficked location and I saw various staff taking on various job responsibilities. That made the wait a little longer. Typical these days, I guess. Eyeglass choices were adequate. I walked away with something I like very much and they fit beautifully.

Extremely rude and hard to work with. Have an attitude about everything. Do not recommend.

Filled with rude employees who don't know how to treat a long time customer. My mom who has been going there for years was turned away because she "needs an interpreter" even though almost everyone there speaks Spanish and was speaking Spanish to her but refusing to help her cause she doesn't have an interpreter. In my opinion this sounds like a bunch of rude and almost racist customer service. Will never be back. Will tell everyone to avoid this location.
