Correct me if I'm wrong g, when you are a place of business and sell homes, before you sell a home or trailer doesn't the park or owner of the house have to have an inspection to make sure it's up to code and or liveable? I ask and say thos cause I was sold a trader with no dryer vent exiting the house, and from what I read that is a big violation, and can get there license to lese and or sell homes removed, so if you are thinking of buying here I'm saying so not so it
