Went to grove city from Ontario Canada to do some shopping over the 4th of July weekend. Hotel staff were amazing, rooms were ready and clean and the breakfast was awesome considering it was free. Definitely will be staying at this hotel again for our next visit!

The staff is super friendly. The room on the other hand was all but enjoyable. The room smelled of cigarettes. The bed was hard as a rock and creeks and cracks with every move. The air conditioning works well. Luckily this is just a one night stay.

I've stayed at this location multiple times and they are consistent with their hospitality and cleanliness. The beds and pillows are comfortable. They have an indoor pool and gym. Hot breakfast is available as well as other breakfast options. There are many restaurants near the hotel and Grove City Premium Outlets is down the street.

My issue with this place is room cleaning. My money didn't make excuses or do a poor job. I needed a full clean of the room because we were going on a short trip for a couple days and Paid for the room to hold it until we returned. We came back and the room had hardly been cleaned. Beds were disheveled, bathroom had fresh towels but no wipe down or trash removal. We paid for this. Instead we got an excuse. This is how you lose the good customers. We come here frequently but won't be returning anymore. My good money is what they got. I got lazy service and an excuse in return.
