They take advantage of elderly who aren't sure what they are doing and just take their money rather than really ask questions to figure out if there is a non court solution. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I should also add that I was not a client since that was their response, but my uncle was and they took advantage of him, gave poor advice, charging him an astronomical amount to get conservatorahip of my grandparents. Twelve THOUSAND dollars for a family matter that didn't even go to court. You should be ashamed of yourselves! PS I received this threat in the mail today. I bet the reason they have little bad reviews is because of these tactics. Seeing as they have my address they know exactly which case I'm referring to..

Rebecca was great at walking me through everything. I needed a lot of explanations and hand holding and she was great at both!

Consultations are an essential part of the legal process and our attorneys at JBP can work with you to determine who you should work with at our firm as well as your best course of action. During the consultation, you’ll speak directly to that attorney to hear their methods of processing cases and what their ideas are for the progression of your case. You’ll provide basic information which will allow the attorney to give you an expected outline of what may occur in your case.
