Always owned my cylinder, last exchange at Plymouth Wayne they gave me a lessor cylinder, I work close by so I took to lessors to exchange it, they stole my cylinder because it had their name on it, really surprised they didn’t work out anything. Lesson is, refuse any exchange cylinders with a name on it. And avoid Lessors.

Yes we do. We have 2 places we send them to depending on what size cylinder you have. 810-742-2302
From what I know in the past you know own the cylinders. There for you can fill them anywhere of your choosing. All cylinder have to be hydrostatically tested every 5 to 10 years in which the test date's are stamped into the upper curved portion of the cylinder.
