We had to stop at BofA first thing in the morning for a wire transfer. We didn't have an apt but Christine M said that she had a cancellation and was able to get us in right away. she really saved us that day & it was much appreciated. Thank you!

I walked into this branch of BofA looking to make a wire transfer. There was one person in front of me and three clerks/bankers. When I got up to the counter, I was told to make an appointment online. I looked around and there were no other customers (some clerks were chit chatting among themselves). Later that night, I tried to make an appointment online only to be notified that their system was down. I gave up on BofA and went into another bank on a walk-in basis the next day. I was in and out in 30 mins with my wire processed. My impression is that BofA does not care about retail customers.
