The staff at this office are superb. Friendly, happy, caring. I had another experience in a different town with Affordable Dentures and this was a night and day different experience.

I am a U.S. Navy Veteran. I don't usually make a fuss about it but I said something at Affordable Dentures because Dr. Ward asked me. I am not asking for anything special, just want what I paid for! I was lied to! They promised to replace a set of defective teeth that they made and now they have reneged! Get everything in writing! This was a $1500 mistake! Go to another Dentist or anywhere else but here! I wasn't scammed! They broke a promise to me! That's actually worse! If you cannot trust a medical company to do what they say, who can you trust?! See the photo and look at the gum line! There isn't one! This is what $1500 bought me along with a raging infection and fever! New bottoms coming next week from another Dentist! Will post pictures of the difference between them! I was a threepeat customer that received great care from AF! That is why I chose them again when my pictured pair was made. The standards of care, especially in the lab during my third visit, dropped dramatically! The pictures prove it but DR Ward refuses to stand by it! Filed a complaint with the BBB!! As of today, the cowards have not responded to the complaint filed with the BBB! That alone should show you exactly the kind of business your going to be dealing with! I received my new set. See the comparison. I assure you that they were both made for me! The left is Affordable Dentures and the right are my new set. Ask them about this review if your considering them for service. Ask Lupe what happened, ask dr ward what happened, don't ask Michelle because all she does is talk about her dog that recently passed and she'll just tell you to go home and get used to them instead of actually fixing them and than tell ward whatever she thinks he wants to hear. Get everything in writing! To all Veterans, please consider this review when choosing dental care. We did not serve this country to be treated with such disrespect! There are many affordable options available to us that you should consider first.

My boyfriend had a bridge made here and it did not fit properly and was unbearably painful to wear. After their attempts to adjust it were unsuccessful, they simply refused to help him further or refund him.
