I had a great experience up until waiting to receive my results. This location is “pickup only” for results for whatever reason. Had an appointment 5/31, the employees looked annoyed that I was there but I didn’t think much of it. I wish I would’ve left then. The office is a disaster, there’s boxes literally everywhere and it looks overall a mess. The actual blood draw went fine. I was told I would have to pick up my results, they would call when they were ready. I hadn’t heard anything from them so I stopped in 6/6. My results were at the front desk waiting for me, they were resulted 6/2. One test said they were behind and I would have to wait until 6/10. No problem. I call on 6/10, the phone is put on the counter for 10 minutes. I can hear the employees in the background carrying on the whole time. I hung up at the 10 minute mark and called back, they called me at the same time. Employee said they cannot find my results, that they called me 6/6 to pick them up. I told her that is absolutely false, no one called me. I stopped in and picked them up, and it paper says I need to wait until today 6/10 for results. I went into the location and showed them the paper. One employee I wasn’t even working with felt the need to interject and tell me they don’t give results over the phone. I told her I was aware, no one ever called me. I came in myself for results. Employee I was working with said she had to email the lab, no one told them they were behind on this specific test. I told them I wanted a call as soon as results came in. Called today, 6/14, employee got email from lab 6/13 that it may be another week. Called me back half an hour later to ask for my email so she can send me my results. I didn’t get the email. Called back, she got my email wrong the first time around, even though I spelled it out and it was on my intake form. Interesting that they can email results all of a sudden. My husband has used this same lab in NC and they emailed every time a new result came in from the panel. Maybe $500 at LabCorp is worth it to not have to deal with this unorganized, unprofessional office. TLDR: they will send you on a wild goose chase for your results and act annoyed when you go looking for them. Good luck.

We do not process insurance, and are a self pay facility. We however do NOT require a physicians order for any lab work, as our medical director will provide an order for you. A PPD skin test is 30.00. We do not require an appointment, but do recommend one so we can get you in and out more quickly. We perform TB skin tests Monday- Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 am-5:30 pm, Thursday from 7:30 am -1:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. Thank you for your question!
Unfortunately we do not provide this service for free. An HIV test will be 49.00, and you will receive your results in about 2-4 business days. Hope this helps!

We use LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, and Access Medical Laboratories for our laboratories. Where we send our labs depends on cost for client so we can offer the best price possible, and the day. For example on Saturdays our labs will go to LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics. Through out the week the majority of our labs are sent to Access Medical.
Our results typically take 2-4 business days. We will call you the minute we receive them! Hope this helps!
Yes you can! We do a quantitative hCG test. This will tell you yes or no, as well as how far along you would be. This test is 49.00 and results come back in about 2-4 business days.
