I’ve been a patient here for nearly 20 years, since I was 5 years old. I’ve been experiencing intense pain, have been to the ER twice in the last month, and I asked BFP to send in an order for labs somewhere in Denver. I don’t have transportation right now, I don’t have any sick time or PTO and I work in Littleton. I would have to take unpaid time off work to get there, and the Uber would be over $100 round trip. I can barley pay my rent and have enough groceries for the month as it is, so this is not possible right now. They told me I would have to come in for a physical exam before putting in any requests for lab work, and when I explained that I am not able to do that right now they told me to ‘find someone closer.’ I have been to BFP in person multiple times this year already, not sure why a physical exam is necessary. Didn’t get an explanation as to why I’d need to come in either. Surprised and hurt they are be so quick to drop me after 2 decades. Would have found someone else long ago if I had known they don’t care about my well being or financial limitations.

Friendly medical staff, worst front desk experience ever. It's impossible to reach the front desk, if you manage to get through, they are rude and unhelpful. They claim to be understaffed but have done nothing to remedy the situation. Do yourself a favor and find a place that actually cares about patients.

This practice has an amazing staff. Doctors, nurses, PA, girls at the front desk. From the moment you come through the door, they acknowledge you with a smile. I come away feeling well and respected.I would recommend this Practice to everyone.

They do not currently do walk ins. But they do have good availability if you call
I was just there Friday and they were out of flu shots. They said to call to confirm availability and I could go at my convenience.
This is a doctor's office, not a veterinarian.
Actually, all of the BCBS plans are accepted now. The only plans that are not accepted are government plans ie: Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, etc. There are still some independent small insurance plans that BFP would be considered out of network, in this case there could be more patient responsibility for payment.
