Actually, all of the BCBS plans are accepted now. The only plans that are not accepted are government plans ie: Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, etc. There are still some independent small insurance plans that BFP would be considered out of network, in this case there could be more patient responsibility for payment.
all i know is its anthem blue cross blue shield and i found susan robertson on the web page for the insurance. how would i know if it is BCBS pathways
As long as it is not Bcbs " Pathways " then yes.
Honestly your best bet is to use BC/BS member services to find out. Reason being that they may/may not be contracted providers currently, but that could change in the future. https://www.bcbs.com/member-services
