With many of our glass pieces, we can easily provide an exchange for the correct size fitting, providing the returned piece is completely unused and clean. We are usually unable to provide returns or exchanges for electronic equipment, such as vaporizers. However, since we work exclusively with American Distributors of genuine product, your product should be covered under manufacturer's warranty in most cases. If you would like a glass fitting done in a specific size, we are usually capable of custom glass work in a timely manner. Thank you for coming in!!!
