Everything was running, nice and clean splash pad. I took 5 kids ages 4-9 and they all had a blast! The wooden playground next to it was super fun too!

There are indoor rooms. I believe you can rent them for an hour or two with party rental there. Not sure about the cost.
No, if you want a picnic table under a pavilion it's like 150-250 I think. You have to plan it with the parks and rec department for Canton

It's free but not open yet.
There is a pool but it's separate from the splash pad. The splash is free and probably part of Heritage Park but the pool is part of the Summit and I'm not sure if that costs money or not because there's a water slide and lazy river in there too. I wouldn't go to the splash pad hoping to swim in a pool for free too.

Not by the splash park, but the park in general has sheds were people grill.
