Lived here for 5 years with my family with no problems. 90 days before lease renewal was told trailer being sold and had to move or buy. Didn't want to buy and was told no rentals available in a not so friendly tone. Looked on site right after move and several rentals were available within a week after move. Some of the staff not so kind.

I'm currently in a 3 bdrm and it's $999 monthly. There are some 4 bdrms sprinkled in. There are a lot of recent vacant homes, so there a good chance you will find something.

I think only 2 and 3 bedroom and a few 4 bedroom but no one bedroom but you could call and ask if they could accommodate you.
It depends on if u own or rent but either way it's not worth it they raise the rent every year I wish I never mover here
