Moved in two weeks ago and car got stolen out of the car port. Management didn't care and did not need an incident report. No security system anywhere. Wish I could say it's a safe place to live, but not after what happened. Also, called the emergency maintenance line 10 times before someone picked up.

I have been living here for almost a year, and I just renewed my lease for another year! The apartment is beautiful, and even though there are many units around me, it is quiet and cozy with minimal road noise. The management and leasing agents of Northridge are kind, compassionate, and exceptional human beings. I feel like I’m at home with them taking care of me. They are understanding and have welcomed me home twice now after renewing my lease. Not only that, but they care about the residents who live here. They are deeply empathetic and willing to bend over backwards for their residents. Everything about approval, signing the lease, moving in, and renewing the lease has gone smoothly, with all people involved being very knowledgeable. Thank you Northridge for giving me my home.

We moved to Northridge while in transition after a quick house sale and have found our experience to be very positive. The property management is super accommodating and the maintenance team is very responsive. With the current housing market, we have opted to stay longer!! More recently, we have started to take advantage of the property amenities including community nights (Food Trucks); outdoor swimming pools, basketball, & tennis courts. Thank you, Onsite Management Team for making residents feel welcome!!

Would NEVER wish this experience on my worst enemy!! Please do not rent here…I wish everyday that I never rented here. To start off they do random inspections and that was fine with us until they came in after the initial inspection and didn’t give us any notice that they were coming in again! I was completely stressed because all we seen was random people walking into our apartment. When this was brought to the manager’s attention she decided to argue with me and say that her team would never do such a thing even tho they did ! Our Neighbor below us smokes cigarettes 4-5 times in 1hour constantly throughout the day and I have severe asthma so it messes with my health and we tried to just have the AC on but they smoke in the back where the ac fans are so it still gets in the apartment, I wanted to just talk with management and see what we can work out because everyone’s health is on the line and they never called me or emailed me back even though I continued to reach out desperately. Lastly my mother has been in and out of the hospital getting surgeries and needs me every now and then to take care of her dog. When they came in unannounced with no notice my mothers dog was there and now they are trying to charge me 250$ PLUS paying monthly for the remainder of our lease for a dog that isn’t mine and only here a few days out the week until my mother gets better
