Beware about the conditions of the apartment/town home assigned before you move in, 1st thing is the apartment cleaning wont be that good or not up to the standards before they assign it to you. These guys wont give your deposit money back if you missed to itemized the issues you found in the apartment has before you moved in. So make a note and take a picture (each and every issue u see) of it before you start living in their. They charge me $1000+ for the carpet stains and burn marks which wasn't made by us. after requesting and arguing they were very rude and not accepting the apartment conditions they gave it to us including the owner of the Woodside apartments.. So be aware of this Woodside apartments management & forgot about your deposit amount if you decided to take an apartment their.

Five stars for the new staff. This rating is only for the new management to be fair as they are friendly, responsive and are fair. I lived here for more than 3 years and my experience with this new management is far better than the management before. To be honest, the earlier management wasn't friendly at all. Poor responses, slow maintenance, and false promises were common throughout. Luckily I had to face that a very few time. The Apartments might deep cleaning or new carpets though, things to consider before you move.

Nice place for a mid-long term staying. The apartments have enough space, never had any issues with the heather or anything. Free of bugs. I guess the best of this apartments is the location! It is very convenient, you have many restaurants/supermarkets (Mejier) /movie theater/gym etc..
