I, Myself and 5 neighbors on the same block, in very close proximity used "LUSH LAWN" this year and would NEVER use "LUSH LAWN" again, even if it was Free. * Horrible customer service. * Horrible management * Inexperienced & Untrained service men * Used too strong of products, wrong products for didn't dilute properly * Never had same guy, even though I asked every time. * No Return calls. * Killed my lawn & 5 others lawns * Big Brown spots everywhere * Thin grass and bare spots * Still have clover weeds * Broke my mole trap, ran it over, and threw it under tree and didn't tell me. * Put 2 big ruts in my lawn, from service guy driving and turning so fast. *Never fixed my lawn, gave money or a credit. * Repeatedly complained and not one person ever came to even look at my lawn. I have taken care of my own lawns, in 4 different homes, 4 different cities for the last 35 years. I have ALWAYS enjoyed taking care of it and had a beautiful, green, weed free healthy lawn no matter what house. I use fertilizer, greening products, weed control, mow, mulch and maintain my own lawn. I have always gotten compliments from my neighbors and others just walking down the street, and telling me how beautiful my lawn is.Now, people say, "What happened?" I tell them this is "Lush Lawn" DO NOT use them, EVER!! This is what happens Because of lack of time, busier lifestyle, and doing more things, I decided to go with this a fertilizer company, "Lush Lawn" lawn service for the first time. NEVER AGAIN!!! And to top it off, I haven't paid for last 2 treatments, because of horrible results, bad service, broke my trap and didn't fix my lawn, so I am NOT paying for services not received. Let me tell you, they ONLY thing they ever followed up on, is a phone call, asking for payment, for the last 4 weeks, every other day. LUSH LAWN is anything but lush, and you can ask my 5 neighbors the same thing!!!
