Don’t expect to get your security deposit back if you have animals. They charged me for ridiculous things like “hair on the walls” which isn’t even a thing and I have video evidence of a clean apartment. And I gave notice that I had to leave ahead of my lease (by one month) because of COVID and losing my jobs. They didn’t offer to help or waive the last month at all despite being a well liked, behaved and paid tenant. I left notes and treats often and colored pictures on rent envelopes to make peoples day. And in the midst of the biggest event in recent history where people lost everything they offered no such help at all to me. Which is disappointing. And they had the ability to recoup money that was owed via the CERP program that would have paid them mg one month rent because I couldn’t because of covid - so they TOOK IT OUT OF MY DEPOSIT. Money I desperately needed (and still do!) After THAT - I wouldn’t support a company that when it comes down to it, doesn’t help their loyal tenants. 2 stars for good maintenance team and well kept grounds.

Best complex I’ve ever lived at. Most affordable place in ALL Livonia/Plymouth/Northville area. Whenever I call on maintenance they literally come the same day! The only negative reviews I see are from people who don’t live here.

I found this place on Apartments.com, I really liked the houses and wanted to move in to this place at the earliest. But I just couldn't speak to anyone at the office. I have called atleast 10 times in 3 days and yet received no response. I even emailed, but no reply. Finally got a lady to speak with. (assuming she is the manager) So this lady was least interested in explaining about the apartment or to any questions that I asked. She seemed to be annoyed by my call and it felt like she just wanted to hang up on me. It was a pretty bad experience for me, hopefully the management takes necessary actions soon.
