My mother-in-law could not be happier with the care and service she received! The staff are caring and personable.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. My nana was there for only five hours not even. They did not change her, she has feces all under her, there was also a random pill under her back. Her nurse didn’t know how to help her, didn’t understand she was unable to walk due to having four fractures on her pelvic bone and didn’t even know the difference between bed pans. This facility is sad, dirty and unfriendly. I do not recommend going here at all. This will not be the last time they hear from my family. We went and picked her up the second we realized she wasn’t be taken care of properly. We will be contacting our lawyer and anyone else that will help with this situation. We do not want any other human going through this ever again.

This is the worst place I’ve ever worked for in my life, they never have linen, or wipes for the patients, they had sewage water backing up into the building, they overwork the staff and don’t care about burn outs, they leave residents sitting in urine soaked beds all day, they recently had a COVID outbreak and they were lying about who was testing positive and who wasn’t which lead to half their staff and mostly all their patients getting it, they do not follow protocol and this place needs to be shut down seriously

My mom has been at Medilodge since late January. It is a wonderful facility and the staff is amazing. I think what makes Medilodge so good is that it's a small facility and the staff can really focus on the residents. My mom tells me all the time how nice the staff are. Our family is truly blessed to have our mother staying at the Medilodge of Plymouth.

My mother was long term and the staff treated her as though she was their own mother.
There is a monthly activity calender posted in each resident room. Also 2 event boards listing daily activities, located in the resident care wing.
Yes. Medilodge of Plymouth is contracted with several hospice providers and accepts Medicaid.
