Now I see why they have a low review. It starts at the management level on 12 mile in Michigan. Extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all considering this company is dealing with senoirs...what a joke. I can't even give it a one star maybe half because one of the ladies was ok but that Chanelle or whatever her name is, girl bye!!! How spiteful and pety, And the older lady at the front desk you should know better your a senoir yourself. This entire office needs to be restaffed their not doing senoirs any good at all.

Earnestine Gloster the re certification specialist is very rude and not communicable person ,like to threaten tenants with Final Notice Letters (although it is the only notice you receive from her )for missing a signature here or there or not completing a forms properly . Her excuse is that she is overloaded with work and has 200 tenants to deal with and her letters are standard to all ...nice ! Her answer always.. it is what it is ,you don't like it ...etc A formal complain will be made to management

It's difficult with Covid virus because the members are not able to socialize the way they were able to. I'm very grateful for the apartment and look forward to meeting everyone once the restriction is lifted.

Lived there for 11 years. Some were bad but mostly good. CSI is trying make it better an I believe it's getting better.
