Took my daughter here for a Japanese straight. My first experience was great I thought he did a beautiful job but last only 5 or 6 months, the second visit I felt it was so rushed and less than 2 months my daughter's hair was back to the way it was. Also, they charged $35 to cut one inch of hair in the back. I think they are too expensive

This place was the absolute worst. Worst service and horrible people working. Please stay away from this place it is not worth your money. They lie telling you your hair will be pin straight but it just looks the same, if not ruined. Stay away please!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I totally would

I didn't make it to the chair! I had the Japanese relaxer done years ago and I never had to blow dry my hair or straightened it after getting it done, so I asked him before they started services if this would be the same as that one. He said yes, I signed the consent form, then he changes my selection to the Brazilian Keratin. I questioned him and he tried to explain why but I had a hard time understanding him. He then accused me of saying that I said he couldn't speak English, when I never said that. I told him I wanted the Japanese relaxer and he kept going in circles. I just left...I don't need the headache! Please do not come here, they lack customer service skills and I swear I am starting to doubt that they even know what a Japanese Relaxer is!

I have a semi wavy midlength hair and I had a Japanese keratin done 3 weeks ago. I was charged $250 . The guy was nice but hardly speak. After 3 days of washing, my hair was same as it was. So I called to inform them to have it re-done. I went after a week and half when it was first done and a new guy explained that the first guy who did my hair gave less of the treatment that is why it resulted to almost the same. He blowdry my hair and that was it..I told him it needs to be re-done. He charged me another $100 to straighten my hair (which is supposed to be a back job). I agreed and paid for it. A week after you cannot even tell I had 2 Japanese treatments done as it is still the same and now my hair is damaged. I wasted more than $400 including tips. I would not return here anymore.
