First of all, I want to say that I appreciate that USPS provides an effort of working spaces to mentally disabled people so that they can live fulfilling lives and have jobs like USPS clerks. Great and clean place delivery always on time, but a very odd decision about the clerk.

I understand the bad ratings. This place used to not so great few years back. but this is only USPS I use now. People here are all new and every one of them are super nice compared to other USPS.

Normally, I would 2 or 3 days.
You can put the mail on hold and only pick it up at the post office, then do an address change when you are ready.
No you might want to check with your mailman first. They usually will drop off the packages.
