Very clean. Could be bigger, and they were all out of poop bags. Luckily I brought my own. But still a nice place to let your dog run free.

Yes it is. There's also a space for children to play, as well as a walk /run path. Don't worry if there are dog's there. They have a inside lock gate.
Yes dogs can come bring your doggie bag they are unusually out of bags a clean park
