Marie Gabriel is a very unprofessional pharmacist, Couldn't understand her accent and be asking her to react what she was saying she got upset hang-up on me. Several times just hang-up instead of giving the phone to another technician. Thank you sooo much moving from that CVS

This place was Horrible in customer service. They were rude and hostile :( when I went to the pick up line to check on my medication one of the ladies gave me an attitude. I don’t recommend this CVS location at all.

I went through the drive thru at CVS in Crossroads TX and was charged the wrong amount and the store said the clerk charged me for medication she did not give me! She also failed to print the receipt and stapled a paper to the bag that had the amount she said she was charging me! Additionally, I had to go back up to the store because Cody, the store Mgr, who can't manage his feet said he could not give me a refund and didn't offer to call corporate on my behalf! He also gave me @train4people Tim Morrison's name and refused to give me his number!!! He didn't give me my refund, offered me a store credit for something HIS clerk did wrong and didn't do anything to assist 😤

This pharmacy was terrible. We go to the pick up inside line and wait for at least 15 min to help 2 people in front of us. Only to be told They could not process my Ins for whatever reason and telling me that the only this happens is when a person does not Insurance. Excuse me I’ve had the same Ins for 7 yrs now and God knows I pay for it! So she tells me to go to the drop off area so she can look at my card. We go to that area and wait another 5 plus minutes. At this point my daughter is going to be late for her 1st day of work. So I agree to pay cash and call my Ins since not once did they offer to call and see what the issue was. She has me go back over to the Pick up line. At this point I’m so aggravated I want a refund and to walk out. I call my Ins as soon as I get in the car and as I knew We HAVE INS and I had a $10 copay. My Ins verified my account info and said I’m due a refund of $42 I call back to the pharmacy and give them all the numbers even being cut off every other word to tell me it’s wrong. I had to become rude and basically demand she call my Ins considering she should have done that from the start. After another frustrating experience she agreed to call. She does call me back and low and behold I have coverage all the sudden. I asked her to just refund my card and she tells me I have to come back into the store to get one. So later this week I will drive back to that CVS for my refund and I will never go back into this store for any reason
