This was my go-to spot before the pandemic. I went back to get a lash fill, and told the tech exactly what I wanted, but there seemed to be a language barrier. I explained what I wanted a couple different times, and thought we were on the same page, but got something very very different that I will need to get redone somewhere else. I don't mind at all if there's a barrier to communication, but it would be helpful if some system were set up to ensure customers can get what they ask for. I ended up wasting a lot of money on an expensive service due to this misunderstanding.

My eyelash extensions always look so natural and theymake my eyebrows look a bit fullwr and defined when they are tinted and shaped by threading.

Fatima is a miracle worker. I recently changed salons and the person over-permed my left eyelashes & then told me it was my fault and offered no solution. I had to leave for work in 20 minutes!! and in a last ditch effort to not go in to work looking a mess, I called Lashes R Us. Not only did Fatima flatten out my lashes in a pinch, but she also re-tinted them and made the left lashes match the other ones not done by her *PERFECTLY*. On top of it all, she offered the service FOR FREE and it was even her day off (!!) but she decided to see me because she could tell I really needed help. She did all of this while making me feel welcome and while she educated me about what had happened. I will never trust my lashes with anyone else. THANK YOU SO MUCH FATIMA!!!!!!! You are above and beyond <3
