I went here a few weeks ago and asked for braids in the front and box braids in the back. They did a very sloppy job. My braids in the front were fuzzy after 3days and one even ripped my hair out at the start of the braid due to too much tension! I asked while I was getting my hair done for them not to put tiny pieces of hair on my edge into braids and they did it anyway! The back was not box braids they parted any kind of way and braided many of them to my head like French braids. I called them a few days after I got it done to tell them my hair was messed up already and they were very nonchalant. I went into the shop when my hair was eight days old to show them my hair. The lady was very rude barely looked at me or my hair and told me they would redo the back because it was coming down but I would have to pay $80 for the front to be redone. Then I was told that she was leaving the country at the end of the week and the lady that needs to do it was not in and she don’t know when she will be able to do it. I payed $180 for a hair do that was not done the way I asked and was coming down and frizzy within 3 days. The had no care in fixing it or righting their wrong! She took my number down and said she would call me to come in to get it fixed but never did! I will never go there again furthermore, them being rude and unprofessional seals the deal I work hard for my money and I’d much rather give it to someone who’s going to give me quality service and respect. I will not be going here again and I will never recommend this business.

Didnt get my hair done because they only except Zelle or cash. I only pay with credit cards in case I have to dispute. The furniture was so dirty I was scared they had bedbugs. I had a bad feeling about that place.

Horrible service I paid $300 for my twist it makes 2 weeks tomorrow all my braids are out and my hair looks like it’s been up for 2 months she told me to come in so they can redo them I got there she told me I need an edge up I said ok....then told me she couldn’t do it because her hand hurt , told me to come next week I even offered to pay for the service after I already paid $300 smh also when I was getting my hair braided their were 2 ladies that was also complaining about their service I should of known then smh never again
