Somebody please explain to me, what is happening with customer service and store policies. My husband purchase a special order material to finish my pool deck. He asked originally when he placed the order if he purchase extra or he had any left over material could it be returned and he was told he could. Now according to the store manager Nicole stated the restocking fee would be 15%. Two weeks later when the pool deck was finished and all composite decking floor left over was returned to the store now according to Nicole the amount of restocking fee has gone up from 15% to 20% and they can’t show me a written policy stating their store guidelines. This is so frustrating when you see the return receipt and the amount they are keeping shows in a form of a cash. I will take action because this is unacceptable and they can’t be doing this to anyone specially when you spend over 10,000 on that type of deck floor. I hope I hear back from Nicole and get that $404.58 return back to my card.
