The store is fine. The one star is for the Grooming. Imani D refused to even attempt to trim my dogs nails because my dog was nervous and Imani thought she would bite. My dog have never bitten anyone. Imani, who just 10 minutes prior was making conversation with me and said the dog she was grooming just prior “gave her anxiety”, mind you, this dog was a Yorkie! Why are you a dog groomer if you’re anxious and afraid of dogs? Imani is the walking definition of ‘doesn’t want to work’. If her job was commission based, she would have trimmed my dogs nails.

This store is AMAZING!!! The staff is always so helpful and has fantastic information. They have solved so many issues for me and my pets. They have an incredible amount of knowledge.

I would like to know why this store is charging $85 for a bag of dog food that is $70 everywhere else, including their own website? I'll never shop here again, it's Chewy from here on out.
