Wasted 30 minutes of my life. None of the washers work with quarters, not sure how reviews say they do, they don’t. We didn’t even bother trying a card. We tried every washer except the smallest one which barely fits a load. Don’t know how this place is making rent. Don’t waste your time like we did.

This would be 5 stars if they would just do some maintenance. They have these 5 amazing huge washers, but 3 are broke down and one is $7.50 because it’s “6 loads” but it only fits 2 over filled loads measured by the two smaller ones it’s sitting by. The other big “4 load” one is great. Washed the clothes well. It to only fits 2 loads, but whatever. The regular sized washers are smaller then what you would have in your home. The dryer I’m currently using (regular size) is like lose or something because my clothes are catching between the barrel and door and not spinning. I’ll update on if their dry or not. Also, there’s this old school vending machine like you would see at a car wash that sells soaps and stuff, I tried to get a plastic laundry bag from it and it ate my money... Moral of this story, Incase the owner see’s this. Your prices are high, fine you’re a business, make your money, boo. But if you’re gonna have high prices, you damn well better have machines that reflect it.

Hands down the worst service in laundry in the Tri-County area it cost me over $30 just to wash 5 loads of laundry. That's not counting the drying the machines kept eating my money and then powering down or taking half of the money and not taking anymore washers and dryers alike the place is dirty half the machines have out of service signs on them and to top it all off you can't even call the emergency number that they leave because the voice mailbox is full so so much for the emergency I left him a note telling them how much money they cost me they have cameras I hope they reimburse me we will see
