I have been coming here for about a year and unfortunately the service is going downhill. I called ahead and was told I would be able to get a mani/pedi if I came at 5pm. The salon closes at 6pm. My pedicure was rushed and after my pedicure which was completed at 5:25pm, I was told they would not have time to do my nails as they are closing in 15 minutes. While I was there I also saw them turn away another patron who had a 5pm appointment as they forgot her on the schedule. As a service based business, service is pretty important. I hope it improves.

Absolutely amazing pedicure experience! Super cute place, very clean, entire staff is kind and friendly and they have great prices. I will be back!

A sh’t show! I made an appointment days in advance and got no call when they wanted to cancel. While I was there the employees were talking extremely rudely about customers in front of other customers!!! They told me to wait 20 minutes and I ended up eating an entire hour with my feet in the tub… I was there with a friend and her nails were completely dry before mine even got started. Over all the regular pedicure I got was okay. She missed half of my nail on more than one toe and they chipped the next day.
