I have consistently experienced the best residential support services with Horizon Realty Group. The Sheridan Tower Apartments, Property Manager (Kristina Nikiel) is friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was for a temporary parking or about maintenance, its quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Horizon Realty Group for the remainder of my years in Chicago, and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming students/families looking for housing. Its 5 mins away from the lake and has super lake view apartments. I am super happy with my apartment.

Christina is an amazing property manager. She is so Open, Welcoming and Kind. She is a phenomenal listener, gets things done for you, in a timely manner. She’s always open to hearing and assisting you if you have a problem or a building issue. It does not matter what it is, especially throughout the crazy four month parking issue. She has implemented some fun get together’s for the residents such as Halloween for pets, Bagels and Coffee, etc. Her flexibility and concern for your needs has really been a breath of fresh air!

Love our new home! My daughter and l are happy to call Sheridan Tower our home! Since the day I called up Kristina about the availabilities until the day we moved in.. The process had been seemless. Kristina as the property manager was and is always asking us how we are doing. Kristina and her team, the doormen to janitor, they're so sweet and kind and polite but professional. Additionally, the amenities included in the building was one of the features I'm looking for, especially 24-hours security, which thanks to our doormen and their hard work.
