I have gone to the Hub to discuss my lease on 3 seoerate occasions. The first time to sign my lease and was advised that staff was in a meeting. Next time I came to ascertain why I did not reveive e sign thru blue moon as assured. Third time to get clarity regarding my lease. I wanted a 2 te lease. No return calls and no response to emails. Very disappointing.

It's not fair for me to rate the quality of maintenance until the maintenance man returns in three weeks with the correct part.

I don’t recommend anyone leasing an apartment with Prairie Shores. I’m in the 3001 building. The management barely answer their phone calls, you literally better off going to the HUB. Maintenance workers barely do their job. I stopped putting work orders in because nobody will never show up, it’ll be weeks past from the date I called. It be smelling like gas in my hallway sometimes and that’s not safe for me to inhale. They will tow your car for a stupid reason regardless if you have a parking permit, which is ridiculous. You have to buy a permit for each car you own. 0/10. Not to mention washing machines and dryers still haven’t been here for the past 8 months as well.

The last information I recieved about the laundary room is in June. They claimed that the machines were delayed. After this, there is no update.
Do not confuse. It deserves a lot negative reviews. The management of this place is chaos. Once you move in, the management office will treat you like sht. When I move in, there is application fee, and admin fee. The utility fee doesn't include electricity and network (options are bad). If you request maintenance or help for lock-out, you may get charged. You will get extra charge for delayed and rejected payment. You need insurance to move-in and renew. The neighbourhood is rude, and dogs are always unchained. This place is not safe, my package has been stolen before and people could enter your room and move your stuff.
Residents will pay a monthly utility package fee which includes cooking gas, water and sewer service, and refuse removal in addition to rent. Pricing is based on unit type and ranges from $65 - $115. Residents will also be responsible for electricity and cable/internet.
Far as I aware from 800 to 1200 the higher you go the more costly, more with a good view .
We offer reserved parking for $45/month and non-reserved parking for $50/year. Both reserved and non-reserved parking options are located in the parking lots in front of each building.
Pets are welcome at Prairie Shores! We require a $400 one-time fee per pet. Monthly pet rent is $35/month. Dogs do not have a weight limit. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
In addition to unbeatable proximity to the lakefront, Prairie Shores also offers resident lounges, a business center, fitness centers, direct-to-door package delivery, a dog park and ample greenspace for outdoor recreation. And, coming in 2021, residents will enjoy a brand new clubhouse with fitness areas, relaxation spaces, a coffee bar, meeting spaces, shared workspaces, a rooftop and more!
We require a $50 application fee per person in addition to a $450 admin fee.
Yes, renter’s insurance is required during the term of your lease and any subsequent renewals or extensions. Upon application approval, you will receive specifics on the coverage required.
